Can I order as a private person?
No, our offer is exclusively aimed to public facilities and commercial buyers, these are usually small and medium-sized offline retailers for fashion and shoes or professional stock resellers. For public institutions and authorities, your order must be confirmed by email, post or fax with personal signature and stamp.
What should be considered for the delivery?
We confirm specific details about availability and delivery date before purchasing. Nevertheless, we reserve the right of self-supply for items that we do not keep in our own stock.
What applies to a possible delivery delay?
In case of delivery delays we will notify you immediately. Although we assume a damage-free transport of the goods, there can be unpredictable difficulties on the way to shipping. In any case, we support you until complete receipt of the goods.
What should I consider when receiving damaged goods?
Should items be delivered with obvious damage on packaging or the content itself, you must immediately claim the damage from the carrier / freight service, if necessary refuse acceptance and contact us as soon as possible so that we are able to exercise our rights against the carrier / freight service. Also please inform us of hidden defects within a period of 1 week after accept the delivery, so that we can claim these to our suppliers. Otherwise the warranty claim is excluded.
Which payment conditions exist?
Another important point to avoid dispute are the clear terms of payment. Decisive are the prices valid on the day of order. All prices are net prices in EUR plus VAT. As payment options we support international Bank transfer with IBAN and BIC, PAYPAL and TransferWise. For new customers on the first order a payment in advance is required.
How does the order process work?
First we need the correct article numbers of the desired manufacturer, the sizes and designs, the correct total order quantity as well as the invoice and delivery address. Then we check the availability of your order and send you a confirmation with payment request with a binding pricing quotation per mail. Once the payment has been made, the order will be forwarded to the shipping department and processed. By crediting your payment to our accounts, the order will be shipped immediately.
What are the delivery conditions and prices?
We always ship freight free and orient primarily to your delivery requests. From standard delivery by truck, on rails or seafreight to express shipping by plane we offer various options with DHL and forwarding. Should you wish a partial delivery, we are entitled to charge possible additional costs incurred thereby.
Can you provide shoe samples for free?
We are able to order unique sample pairs from different manufacturer for you. Unfortunately this samples are not free to us.
How small is the required order quantity and the minimum order value?
Because of our logistical setup we are able to manage also small orders from EUR 1.000,- including worldwide free shipping.
